Copper Slug & Snail Repellent Tape – 10m

Copper tape works by creating a mild electrical reaction when a slug or snail’s moist body touches the surface. This harmless sensation discourages the pest from crossing the barrier, causing it to retreat.

By forming a continuous ring around containers or beds, the tape acts as a physical deterrent that helps prevent slugs and snails from reaching vulnerable plants.

Because it contains no chemicals or pesticides, copper tape is widely used in wildlife-friendly gardens and organic growing systems.

• Clean and dry the surface of the pot, planter or raised bed thoroughly.
  
• Peel away the backing paper from the copper tape.
  
• Apply the tape around the container, pressing firmly to ensure full adhesion.
  
• Overlap the ends by at least 10mm to create a continuous barrier.
  
• Position the tape at least 10–15cm above ground level for best results.
