• All prices include VAT (where applicable) and are displayed in GBP (£).
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or other approved payment gateways.

• We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
• Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, depending on location.
• Delivery times are estimates — delays can occur due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

• You may return most new, unopened products within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
• Returned items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
• For safety reasons, opened pest control or treatment products cannot be returned.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days after inspection of the returned item.
