We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom, using trusted courier partners to ensure safe and prompt delivery.

• Cost: £4.95 (Free on orders over £50)
• Dispatch time: Within 1–2 working day
• Delivery time: 2–4 working days from dispatch
• Courier: Royal Mail or DHL, depending on parcel size

• Cost: £7.95
• Delivery time: 1–2 working days

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
• You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
• We currently ship within the UK only.
  

We take care to package all items responsibly using recyclable or minimal packaging wherever possible.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, please get in touch and we’ll make it right.

• You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept opened pest control, treatment, or chemical products.

1. Email info@plantandpest.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll confirm whether your item is eligible and provide the return address.
3. Once we’ve received and inspected the return, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@plantandpest.co.uk.

Attach a photo and your order number, and our team will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
