• Remove any used sponge from your IndoPods growing cup.
  
• Insert a new dry Growing Sponge into the pod, no tools required.
  
• Add seeds or seedlings into the central hole.
  
• Fill your IndoPods reservoir with water and allow the sponge to hydrate and expand.
  
• Check water levels regularly.
  
• Feed with IndoPods Plant Feed every 7–10 days for optimal growth.
