How It Works
The Growing Sponges are designed to expand when hydrated, creating the ideal environment for seed germination and early plant development. Their structure enables them to:
- Retain moisture effectively – giving seeds and seedlings consistent hydration as they grow.
- Support root development – allowing roots to push through easily and access nutrient-rich water.
- Expand to fit IndoPods inserts – sponges arrive dry and smaller, then swell to fit perfectly once placed in the hydroponic kit.
- Provide a clean, soil-free solution – reducing mess and making the growing process simple and efficient.
How to Use
- Remove any old sponge from your IndoPods growing cup.
- Place a new dry Growing Sponge into the pod — no tools required.
- Add seeds or seedlings directly into the central hole.
- Fill your IndoPods reservoir with water and allow the sponge to hydrate and expand.
- Check water levels regularly and use IndoPods Plant Feed every 7–10 days for optimal growth.
