Pheromone Moth Lure Refills – Species Variants

Each lure contains a synthetic pheromone that mimics the natural scent released by female moths. Adult male moths detect this scent and follow it into a compatible trap.

Once captured, male moth numbers can be monitored to:

• Identify early infestation levels
  
• Track seasonal population peaks
  
• Inform treatment timing decisions
  
• Reduce mating success over time
  

The pheromone is impregnated within the plastic capsule and diffuses gradually, providing continuous attraction for up to 4–6 weeks.

Because the lures are species-specific, they target only the intended pest and do not harm pollinators or beneficial insects.

• Open the sealed sachet and remove one pheromone lure.
  
• Do not cut or open the plastic capsule.
  
• Place the lure inside the basket or chamber of your compatible moth trap.
  
• Secure the trap lid and hang at crop or canopy height when moths first become active.
  
• Check traps regularly and record catches.
  
• Replace the lure every 4–6 weeks during the monitoring period.
  
• Store unused lures in their original sealed packaging in a cool place (freezer recommended).
